Kleerwater, LLC formed to license, distribute and sell oilwater seperator technology. The basis of the technology is patent #5,229,015. Oilwater seperator technology is currently working with UL to obtain UL-2215 listing.

  • Brown-Minneapolis Tank - Northwest - Olympia, WA, formerly Reliable Steel.

Reliable Steel, Inc. a TMI Manufacturing, Inc. Company (formerly ITEQ) became the newest member of the Edison-BMT family of companies. The company will operate under the name of Reliable Steel - Edison•BMT, LLC ("Reliable Steel").

  • Reliable Steel is located in Olympia, WA and is a fully integrated manufacturer of field erected water tanks, specialty structural steel and shop tanks.
  • Reliable Steel's market area is Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Northern California, Alaska, Hawaii and Nevada.
  • Reliable Steel currently has approximately 30 employees including a very experienced and successful management team Russ Gibbs will be the Vice President and General Manager of Reliable Steel and on-site manager.
  • Reliable has built a strong reputation in the northwest for quality products and excellent workmanship. The Reliable team will be an asset to the Edison family and our customers.

Edison-BMT acquires SEFCO, Inc., a Denali Company...... The Company will operate under the name of Edison-BMT-SEFCO ("SEFCO").

  • SEFCO is located in Tulsa, OK and is a fully integrated manufacturer of field erected water and petroleum tanks.
  • SEFCO's market area is OK, TX, MO, KS, NB, LA and IL.
  • SEFCO currently has approximately 90 employees including a very experienced and successful management team headed by Les Sutton, Executive Vice President.
  • SEFCO has built a strong reputation in the Midwest for being the low cost producer of quality water tanks and systems.

Eidson Steel Products Inc. changes its name to Brown-Minneapolis Tank to reflect a new corporate identity.

November 1, 1999
Eidson Steel Products Inc. acquires Brown-Minneapolis Tank, Orem, UT facility, from ITEQ Storage Systems.

Eidson Steel Products, Inc. acquires ITS. The new management team consisting of Chuck Travelstead, President and Mike Morris, Vice President. Innovative Tank Solutions formed to develop engineering design services and software to the tank industry.
